How to play Blackjack
- Start with 1,000 virtual chips and choose a wager of 10, 25, 50, or 100 chips. Virtual chips have no cash value and cannot be purchased.
- You and the dealer receive two cards. One dealer card stays hidden until your turn ends. Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over.
- Number cards count as shown. Jacks, Queens, and Kings count as 10. Aces count as 1 or 11, whichever gives the best total without busting.
- Hit takes another card. Stand keeps your total and starts the dealer’s turn. Double Down is available on your first two cards if your balance covers it: double the wager, take one card, then stand.
- The dealer checks for a natural blackjack before you act and stands on all 17s, including soft 17. A two-card 21 is blackjack and pays 3:2. Other wins pay 1:1; ties return the wager. Both players having blackjack is a tie.
- This table has no splitting, insurance, or surrender. Each hand uses a newly shuffled 52-card deck. Your active hand and chip balance are saved in this browser; refill to 1,000 if your balance drops below 10.
