Privacy Policy

Effective October 31, 2026. Data controller: Card Arcades (operator of cardarcades.com). Contact the controller at admin@cardarcades.com for privacy questions or requests.

What we process

• Game state and preferences: gameplay choices, virtual-chip balances, saved sessions, settings, and daily progress may be stored in your browser using local storage or similar browser technologies.
• Leaderboard entries: if you submit a Blackjack leaderboard name, the name, score, time, and a pseudonymous browser/player identifier may be processed on our server and displayed publicly in rankings. Do not enter a real name or contact details.
• Multiplayer: room codes, gameplay moves, connection state, and temporary session identifiers may be processed to connect players.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, device/browser information, and service logs to deliver and protect the site.
• Contact: if you email us, we process your address and message to respond.

Why we use it

To operate card games and multiplayer rooms, remember local preferences and progress, maintain leaderboards, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, secure the service, and respond to questions. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in safe operation, or consent when required.

Service providers and sharing

Card Arcades uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and related security or storage infrastructure. Data may be handled by these providers to operate the service. Leaderboard names and results you choose to submit are visible to other visitors. We do not sell your personal information.

Browser storage and control

You can clear local browser data through your browser settings, though this may reset preferences, virtual chips, saved games, or player identification. Essential storage may support gameplay and security. We do not currently offer purchases or payment processing within games.

Retention and security

Browser-saved data remains until you or your browser remove it. Server records and logs are kept as needed for gameplay, security, and service administration; retention can vary by data type and provider. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and Blackjack

Blackjack is not intended for minors and is restricted to adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. Do not submit information about children through the site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information or object to certain processing. Send requests to admin@cardarcades.com. We may ask for information needed to verify a request. You can also contact the appropriate privacy regulator where applicable.

Updates

We will update this page when our practices materially change. This policy should be reviewed as the site grows and if new analytics, advertising, or other integrations are enabled.
